Easter 2013.

Of course we headed to TEXAS for Easter.

We started off the weekend in Arlington so William could go to some Sweet Sixteen games with Chris, Jim, and John while I hung out with all the ladies! We stayed the night at Chris and Cheyenne's, had a yummy breakfast at Sharon's, and headed straight to Houston! It was such a whirlwind, we didn't get any pictures!

Easter Sunday with my handsome love.

Easter Sunday with my other love.

Such a fun boy! I wish we could see him all the time.
We had so much fun hanging out with Kenny and Megan and the funnest nephews and sweetest niece! We definitely missed Jacob, Pierina, and Ian while we were there!

Took a trip to the Blue Bell factory with Braden! The tour was fun but let's be honest, we were there to eat ice cream and get a cool hat.

Spent most my time with my pup.

And we got a nice surprise visit with Aunt Angie (who I never got to see!), my cute cousin Danika, and her sweet baby boy Ethan! It was fun to catch up with her. We never get to hang out!

I wish I had taken more pictures but it was a fun, quick trip!
I took two days off of work so we could spend more time with the family. SOOO worth it!

Around these parts, we've been...

Ok, ok. So this post is basically a quick review of random happenings in the past two months.
I know, I'm terrible and lazy. But it's full of pictures and fun so, enjoy!

Going to baseball games and being confused fans!

Hanging out with extremely good looking friends.

Getting AMAZING Texas Independence Day packages from Mom Stutz.

ALMOST adopting kittens. I still miss her.

Hanging out with the ONE AND ONLY, Haley Morris.

Being in Monroe and eating crawfish with the Morris family. Best crawfish all year.

Running, a lot.

Eating at Dat Dog, Cafe Du Monde, Sucre, and seeing amazing street performers in NOLA.

Taking a trip to our FAVORITE Cajun Meat Market. Just look at it!

"Pet sitting" Agnes and Cosmo. I LOVE THEM.

EATING PIZZA... and I guess learning fractions too.

Getting our royal portraits done.

Seeing some amazing theater performances. World class.

And forgetting our homework. And giving Mrs. Morris the dirtiest looks of all time.
And making her laugh really hard at our anger.

Oh man, life is good.

Michael Jackson Experience

William surprised me with tickets to The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience at LSU. Apparently, this man, Joby Rogers, is the only one Michael Jackson himself approved to be an impersonator. I have always loved MJ's music, and at BYU I had a lot of friends who just loved him and we played the MJ dance game all the time. So I was so excited to get a little taste of the King of Pop!

We were so close!

My favorite scene of the night!

I dance along in my seat all night. The old people next to me either found it really entertaining or really annoying, sorry!

And then we got to meet him after the show! It was hilarious; the crowd saw him behind a door and starting screaming and chanting. "MICHAEL! MICHAEL! MICHAEL!"
Honestly, I was a little scared of him. Bahaha.
But it was impressive and his moves and mannerisms were just like the real thing!
Thanks, William!
